Default mid-90s re-edit of Jackie moore... any info please?

I'm trying to identify a track from around 1994 - 1995 that was basically a jackin' house re-edit of This Time Baby. It looped segments from towards the end of the track... 'well', 'like this time baby' and played about with the breaks too. It wasn't immediately obvious as it didn't use any of the main parts of the track (main vocal and piano). I think there were two versions, one being in a really cut-up style.
Any info would be good... ta :-?

Read the initial comment, surely the description should not point towards Pandella.

Pandella is not the track I am after.

Isnt this the track that Freemasons have sampled for "Love on My Mind"?
A stomping disco house track in the vein of Lolas Theme.
