No, no, no, no, no, no (6 times negative).

For me personally, these are the prototypes of songs that prove that music-wise (and not only musicwise) the 80's sucked in extremio supremo.

Most of the records sounded like the machines they were created on: cold, inspireless and annoying. Groups like REO Speedwaffle, Neurope and Jikesney were a fair example of "50 ways to kill Rock-music". Alison Moyet has a great voice but her songs don't mean a thing to me. Depeche Mode mainly made music for kiddies and were only interesting to me over the recent years when they recorded some great stuff.

Even the danceproducts were generally irritating and boring. (Yes, Stock, Aitken and Waterman: I'm speaking to you! :evil:)

Rock=real guys and girls who hit the right notes and had power: Deep Purple, Da Zep, Van Halen and so on!

Oh yes, you forgot Styx ! "Siiiiiiing for the daaaaay...OMG :cry:

This is only MY opinion of course. Tomorrow I will write an essay on Boysbands :D
