| The electronic duo Guy Manuel De Mohem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter, better known as Daft Punk are almost finished with their new album which will be released on march 21st. The follow-up of "Discovery" will be named "Human after all". I'm curious if they will hold on to the discotechhouse-style? |

| I haven't heard any recent Daft Punk productions (that is, if they have made any), but I'm pretty sure they won't stick with the discovery-style. I believe they are musical visionaries and such talent isn't likely to repeat itself. I remember when Homework came out, it completely blew me away. And it still does, three weeks ago I played Teachers in a bar and I saw everybody looking up on the decks to see which record that was. I'm very curious what sound they will bring on this new album, as it will probably influence a lot of music in the coming period. Just as Discovery did, bringing back Moroder-tunes with artists as Kylie Minogue. |
