When I first heard it, I thought it was a cross between 'sure shot' and 'music' by D-Train. The music channel that was raving about it, didn't mention it's similarity though.

You're spot on Bucky! (& Billy); I heard it on the radio today & those are the 2 tracks I thought of when listening to it. It's very early 80s 'boogie' isn't it? How fab.

Her voice somewhat reminds me of Janis Ian. Anyone else hear the resemblance?
