Just checked and it's fixed for me now--without reducing the size of the text. The far left column doesn't cover the middle column anymore. Thanks for whatever you did!

| Alright, I've been glued to the screen for the last few days trying to take care of things. Would love it if some of you could go through the site as things have been revamped again and let me know if you spot any problems. Thanks.

| All is well IMO. This is how it looks with Firefox 3. I deliberately took that one since you work with Apple and that way you can see da difference. |

| Johan, Thanks for that screenshot. It's strange, but the text and graphic ads in the center are not supposed to be stacked; they should be side by side. What resolution are your running at? Anyone else getting any weird display or usability issues? Thanks. Below is a screen shot of what should be appearing to everyone.

| OK, me again. I tried to do a record search in the Vault twice for Kool and the Gang and both times I got a message about an error and the whole connection to discomusic.com was lost and I had to log in again...this has never happened before in a song search!!! Does the Vault not like Kool and the Gang

| Bernie, 1024x768. But in the cashbox I use a small TFT-screen. Here's a screenshot, on my PC with Safari. But it looks almost the same as the FF3 one. Test Safari 21072008.jpg Quote:

| Marky, What version of IE and Windows are you using? I don't get any error like that at all. Sounds like your browser is choking on something like corrupted data... Perhaps you may want to try deleting your cookies and history to see if it clears out any corrupt data and retry.

| Ok, let me try to 'splain...I'm not getting the Microsoft Windows must close message that I got last week..but now it's this.. it varies --but when I type a record to be found--that page has 3 columns--the left with the find the record, the right with the log in/register and menu ..and lotsa WHITE SPACE in the middle...when I click on the song a new page with the possible choices does come up...but when you click on your choice...I get the original page with the big white space in the middle--not the picture of the record and its stats. With Dayna's interview with Moulton....I click on the link you provide and that same page with the 3 columns I described before comes up: 2 in butterscotch color on either side/ white in the middle---but with no text and the page just freezes.

| I don't know wha' to tell you Lucy, but I have looked at it on a few different computers. The first time around I did notice some strange shifting of page elements on the Win-XP computer at work although all was perfect on Safari and Firefox. I went back in and reworked everything and it displays perfectly on all computers I could try. You still haven't mentioned what version Windows and IE you are using so I really need to know that. Hopefully you are not on AOL because that seems to always give a lot of trouble since it is very antiquated. I'm also wondering if you are having a caching issue. That is, every time you look at a page on the web, your computer saves some of it for easier access later. Normally if you force a reload the browser should bypass your cached copy and pull a more recent one of the network. It is quite possible you are still retrieving cached copies before the correction. Please try to flush your cache by deleting your browser's cache, which you should be doing periodically anyway, and also deleting your history. Then restart everything so you start with a clean slate. Tell me what happens. Also, how about just dumping IE altogether and use Firefox. I can't help thinking that if you have problems viewing pages here, you may also not be seeing other sites you visit correctly. I know I'm asking for a lot, but humor me :-) Let me know and in the time being I'll keep working on the issue. Thanks for your understanding.

| Hi again. Bernie, I just checked out the front page, and everything seems to work for me. I'm on IE 7 by default, which I keep as such because FF3, which I also have as an optional browser, and which I sometimes use for its nicer interface and great eBay-tracking options, shuts down on me quite often, whether on your site or not.

| Bernie, Almost everything is working for me in IE 6 except when I do a search in the records vault or in the cd tab. What happens is this, I type in Linda Clifford in either search area, a list of her work comes up which is highlighted so that it you click on any paticular song that it should take you to the next page with all the details and a picture of the disc or album. These links are not working for me. It's not that the page is hanging but more like it is not reconizing that I had clicked on the link at all.
