I love the one that claims to be from a lawyer for Amnesty International. Because, you know, stopping internet forum flame-wars is *such* a high priority for them. I expect Sting and Bono will be headlining a benefit show for the cause any day now.

for the newcomers, fantomas was old troll who created nothing but trouble round here and was banned many moons ago--but I suspect he returns under different names....he always seems to be connected to the troublemakers that followed him....hatin' the gays who like the disco...because DISCO WAS STRAIGHT HE MAN MUSIC!!!!!!!!!

There just happens to be no "Paul Rosenberg" employed by Amnesty International's main office or its Mid-Atlantic Regional Office on Pennsylvania Ave. in D.C.

(though I know ya'll are likely not surprised AT ALL) !!!

I just want to say how refreshing it is that the members can have a discussion of the Village People without being interrupted by the ridiculous ramblings of a “silly, self-serving, self-appointed devil’s advocate with a personality disorder, who missed his own mid-life crisis.”

And that the “hard opinions” are being handled very professionally by far more experienced, respectable and reasonable voices.

This is a common situation for a site owners with forums. You become the teacher in the schoolyard that tries to bring order among adults that in lack of better words simply take the enjoyment out of spending endless hours running a site like this that basically is driven by the users and the owners enthusiasm. I have been there with my own music site and its a complete lifedrainer.
