Default Help, Bernie!!!!!

I just noticed that in the "What We're Listening To" section, where I post the Billboard #1's, last week's post is missing...so I'm wondering if I exceeded the space there for posting? The column was there previously...but it's at page 12...so now I'm afraid to post a new one.

Damn, I only had 3 weeks to go before it was done.

Any advice on how to proceed?

Could we eliminate some of the responses to make room for the actual charts?

I'm just askin'!!!!!!

Just looked at the topic and your last post was Dec 1. So you are saying their was one after that? If that's the case I don't see it either. Looks as if we're revisiting the same thing that happened with your gossip thread earlier this year. After tons of posts the file becomes curropted somehow.

Although I realize it will be more trouble for you I think it's best if you put each new weekly post as a seperate new topic thus lessening chances of it become curropted. I would even go back to your previous posts and make them seperate topics with an identifying subject line by date... since I have a feeling that curropted thread may self destruct at any time and then you risk losing everything.

Yup,

I just went to the thread to tell you that I was locking it and it started acting freaky trying to process my new post. Good thing I locked the thread.

Thanks for locking them Bernie. I guess we just lost the #1's from Dec. 8. I'll start new threads. So is 12 pages the maximum length? It seems like the Gossip thread went for many more pages than that; ditto that song quiz thread about starting a new song with the last word of the old one.

Ah well.

Bernie,

I noticed the Billboard Chart thread is locked...but not the Way We Were ...10 Years of #1's. Is it too late for the #1's thread? It's a shame cause I hoped to create a permanent document ...there's only a couple weeks left and then a whole year's worth of info would be there.
