Default Pasting Text & editing long URL's

I can't figure out how to paste text from Word or 'cut and paste' from other source, and I can't make Bernie's instructions to edit long url's work either, what's up with that?

Don't know about the problem you are having, but try using a different browser and let us know.

The new Muscle Shoals Horns LP on Bang has a strong cut called "Breakdown." It is an instrumental version of one of the top disco hits of all times, "Black Skin Blue Eyed Boys."

Bernie, seems to work with IE, but with Firefox the drop down window doesn't show the 'paste' option after cutting, still working on editing url's with firefox , works fine the old fashion way with IE. Let me play with this and see...

Mix,
It's easy to link even with long URLs. Simply click the globe icon on the formatting bar at the top of the text box and a small box will pop-up where you can paste the URL. Click OK and you will see the link is placed in your post with a section highlighted. This is where you can type in your own text instead of having a long URL. Give it a try.

Ok,using Firefox the solution is to move to the browser's 'edit Menu' option on top to 'Paste' instead of right clicking like in IE :???:

and I just followed your instructions above, the only highlighted area is in the text box (before clicking ok), if I type something there this is the result Barrabas
