What are your opinions on Ken Laszlo? I personally think he released some of the best Italo Disco tracks of the 80's, especially "Hey Hey Guy"

I use to be a hugh fan of italo disco back in the eighties!
Im glad that i saved all my K L records on cd-r!
He also made some goodies in the late 90`s!

I am pretty much sure that there was a special remix of "Hey hey guy" shorter than the original 12΄(it clocks about 6 minutes) and if my memory serves me right was Canadian or US remix.I had this remix on an old tape.Have you ever seen a copy of this?

Fredrik Ramel!
He made a lot of great remixes of italo disco tvelvers back
in the eighties!

ken laszlo is one of the best italo star back in the 80s and his track hey hey guy consider as one of the biggest hits in italo music
his real name is gianni coraini . and his voice is also behind ( rick fellini ) songs e. g - wellcome to remini

I didn't know that he sang Danny Keith - Hold on in '91 for Time records. I found it on one site an when i hear the song again i wondered how i didn't "see" it before.

There is a "Best Of" album floating around, most of the songs are 7" versions though

Ken was awesome - and Hey Hey Guy / Tonight / Don't Cry were massive tunes down this way

if you enjoy his stuff then track down a mix album called Mas mix Que Nunca - which features his tracks being sliced up and mixed around to great effect!
