Someone called DON RAY released DANCING IN THE RAIN in on 12" - produced by CERRONE . Bit that was way back in 1978 !

I've heard the Don Ray track but it's not the one - it's definitely a cover of the 70s John Paul Young number - I think maybe it's german...
