Seems like no one ever heard this song for years and all this time trying to find it.....please help me to ID....it is from '82 I think.....sorry about poor recording but it's taken from the tape that is 23 yo :))) Thanks

The first sample is by a group called Fuego and the title is "Misa Criolia (We Are The People). I also searched for years for this song. I bought a copy from the Gemm site a few months back
