No it's just by Dusty not Dusty Springfield. I found one on http://discomusic.gemm.com.
By the way re the Five Sinners 12" did the bootleg come out in 1989 on M Records? I've found a few copies listed on Gemm but not sure which is the original. Some of them have a track called Magic Eyes on the other side.

Why cant I locate your email address. You can reach me at dab7963@hotmail.com. I have scanned the lable, the song is 5:49 in length and side B is blank. Mine is the repressing not the original.
The orignal is probably impossible to get however the one with a side B song on it may be the original. The repressing that I have is the one listed on that site you just gave me and is 5:49 in length. If you email me at the above address I will send you a JPG of the scanned label. Hey is that website for music like eBay ? Can I trust everyone that I want to buy from on that site you just send me ?
