    Janet Wright "I Can't Take It"

    Anybody remember this one? Came out in '84.

    Came out in May, 1984 on Cotillion Records, had 2-versions, side A) 8:21 and side B) 9:28 instrumental. Never heard of it :D

    It's not bad. The style of the song is similar to the Hi-NRG stuff that was out at that time. However, the vocals are more "soulful" than a lot of the Hi-NRG material from Europe or Canada which seem to go for more of a girlish vocal.

    I inquired a little further about this song and found out that it was played at The Saint and The Pavillion by DJ Mark Thomas.

    Not sure if this had any Troc exposure.
