Hello Guys! :) What an interesting copy of "More, More, More"!! I'd never seen this copy! Not to open up a can of "worms" but personally I've "ALWAYS" considered Andrea True's "More, More, More" as the very first big disco record of the 1970's. This record had such a unique "feel" to it unlike any of the other "soulsy" "funky" dance records of the late 60s and very early 70's that often claim the title of "the first disco record."
"More, More, More" was true pioneer disco at its very best!!!(P. S. No matter how many times I hear this song play, I "NEVER EVER" tire of it!! It is my all time absolute favorite!!!! :D

Is this the actual colour or just a B/W scan of the normal Buddah label colours?
I only ask 'cos back in the mid seventies, typesetting was still done with metal type set in lines/blocks and it would have been highly unlikely that the line starting "PRODUCED BY..." could have run into the semi circular all rights blurb, unless they used 'Buddah blanks' and just added the details at time of pressing as an overprint. Anyone know the form?
It's the actual color and from a legitimate collection.Originally Written by QUINNY
Can someone tell me which came first, More More More or Most Of All by Gloria Gaynor. Both produced by Gregg Diamond and I think both from 1976. I think they have a similar feel although Gloria's is a little slower.

Sorry Guys but I don't think this is a new version. I have the other "version" of this record. There were two different promo's made: one had the 6 min long version on side A and the 3 min short version on B side, the other promo had the long 6 min version on both sides.
My copy has the long version on both sides and both sides are labelled "instrumental" just like the copy in the scan but neither is fully instrumental, it's just the shorter 3min vocal version with added instrumental sections to take the track up to 6 mins in all.
All said and done, it's still one of my favourite tracks as well.. :D :D
Funnily enough, I was playing the "Norman Connors presents Aquarian Dream" LP today, a US pressing on Buddah Records, and in much the same way as you mention, the track details do run over the "circular all rights blurb" going around the edge of the label. So therefore they must be using Buddah blanks.Originally Written by QUINNY
