By chance is the matrix number 77779962228
I see on the International Tina Turner web site under discography, there was a 12" single released through EMI in 1973. Was not released in the states.
I just found a 12" single 45rpm copy of Nutbush City Limits by Ike & Tina Turner.
It reads recorded 1973 and Limited Edition Long Version 5.49min 1974. Released on United Artists by Festival Records Australia.
I can't imagine this being released as a 12" single back then?
Anyone know?

It looks like what you have there is most likely DJ Promo Remix or a rare limited release issue for Australia only.
I found this for one being sold at Gemm.com for $40.US...
Keep in mind that Nutbush came out in two different flavors, one in the '70s and one in the '90sNUTBUSH CITY LIMITS(LONG VERSION)5'49 / FUNKIER THAN A MOSQUITA'S TWEETER 4'05.RARE AUSSIE PRESSING FROM THE LATE 70's,1978 OR 1979.ON THE UNITED ARTISTS LABEL RELEASED THROUGH FESTIVAL IN AUSTRALIA.COMPANY SLEEVE.
