Leo Sawyer and the song is "I love you more than I can say."
Hi People ,,
Ive had a tragic breakup with my loved one and im hoping we can re-concile and come together again to mend and heal .
I was just in the process of sealing up a card for her when I decided i should add a Cd as well one to make her feel happy .
I already have a short list of my soul n R n B faves like including
# Commodores - 3 times a Lady
# Jimmy Ross - First True Love Affair
But I want to put in some music from the mainstream as well .
The one above which is the type of mood im looking to include goes something like
Ooo a oooa Ooa OOh yehh...
I love you more than I can say
I'll love you twice as much tommorow
Love you more than i can say
Im not sure who sings it but geez its a great song !! So any help will be appreciated
Also if you have any other tracks worth mentioning that can help please let me know .
cheers to you all ....
Leo Sawyer and the song is "I love you more than I can say."
Or Leo Sayer
The Crickets had a hit with it in 1960and Bobby Vee had a hit with it in 1961.
It's More Than I Can Say, an old song from the Sixties...last revived by Leo Sayer.
"" Thank you all for letting me know "", I sincerely appreciate it and i will track it down .
Did Rod Stewart or Paul McCartney ever release this song as well ? reason i ask is sang those few verses to a few people and got the following two responses
Sorry Bernie i know my question is in the wrong sector

Of course if you really wanna grovel ...there're tunes like:
Nillson's "WITHOUT YOU" ..... (" I caaaan't liiiiiiive ... if living is without youuuu " )
or Bary White's "YOU'RE THE FIRST , THE LAST , MY EVERYTHING" ......
those should work.
..... ((( but then again ))) ..... who's the real loser from this break up ?? :P
I suggest :
"YOU'LL NEVER FIND , ANOTHER LOVE LIKE MINE" by Lou Rawls
and
"YOU'LL LOSE A GOOD THING " by Denise LaSalle ------!!!! :P :) 8)
