sample id of 2 hiphop tracks

the first sounds like sos band or gap band and the second reminds me heavily of bernard edwards & nile rodgers aka chic. but i checked almost every record they touched.

hope anybody can help me.

The first track is from Patrice Rushen - "Feel so real" from the "Now" album (Elektra 1984).

You click at the bottom of the website where it says "free download". After about 70 seconds the music link file opens. I think the 70 seconds are purely intended for you to get bored and explore the advertised links. Have a try :-?

the second sounds like a chic production, but something is sayingme it isn't. again, i checked chic, sisters sledge and lotta other stuff chic touched like carly simon, sheila b & devotion.
