I am a big fan of the girl group MAI TAI who had a string of great dance/disco hits in the mid 80s such as HISTORY/BODY & SOUL & FEMALE INTUITION... The last recording I have by them is a track called NEVER NEVER NEVER which was a German release on 12"... I have their original album release but wondered if they were still around and have recorded anything since... ??

They are still around. Their latest real hit was from 1996 and is called "Afrodisiac" which was not that successful. In 2002 they resurfaced and did some gigs and in 2004 they tried to represent Holland for the Eurovision contest (slightly different line-up) but they didn't win the national pre-selection.

The group was formed in 1983 around singer Jetty Weels who did vocals for American Gypsy. Their biggest hit was "History" from 1985.
