Looking at the titles of the songs (I know many but not all of them), I would say that possibly this song is "I'm a lover" by Scatino, which I don't know.
The last ever Dr. Rob radio show was 3 weeks later, on 25/06/2004, which was a huge loss to us all. I emailed him about why his show had finished, and here is part of his reply:
"I feel that I was able to mold a moment of time into an artistic expression of my interpretation of the highest intellectual and philosophical flourishing of popular culture, and how fortunate for me, in the process, to have so touched you and others of the world's art-and-culture elite. However, with over eight years of operation of the radio show and website as a one-individual, volunteer, nonprofit enterprise, I have decided that it is time for respite. Though the near-future dictates other non-media-related projects for me, the distant-future might see me back on the world-scene in a similar or the same capacity; we shall see."
Regards,
Darren
