I recently bought the 2nd Double Exposure LP "Four Play" (Salsoul/1978). The first track on side one is called "I Declare War" and I can't get it outta my head. :D It's really good. So, I was thinking it musta been played back then cause it seemed vaguely familiar. So I go the the Joel Whitburn Disco book and it's not in there and I go to the Joel Whitburn R&B book and it's not even listed there!!! :o

Was this track played? It's got that smooth Philly sound that may have seemed "old-fashioned" in 1978 (more 1976 than 1978)--but it's real nice.

Anyone recall this? :-?
