This is an obscure book published back in the disco heydays. There are still some copies around and if you look hard enough you will find one. Try half.com or do a internet search on Google. I thought I would take a look and found it was a book I bought back in 1978 here inthe UK. It made me laugh to see the description of it. I did enjoy it at the time and have looked at it since if only for the detail on the artists.
