I just read that Nicholas Cage is signed to star in the remake of the cult horror film "The Wicker Man". Filming will take place in Maine.
I wonder who will take over the Britt Ekland part? Maybe a blonde Salma Hayek? I remember a certain nude dancing scene......
This movie is very different, it's not your usual slash and gore horror film.

I still don't have the uncut DVD but it sure is a great horrormovie. Very bizarre and very erotic, just by suggestion. This is a real cult movie. But....why does every good movie from the past need to have a remake??? They usually sell and suck at the same time! (that's the purpose probably)
On the other hand, Cage is an ACTOR so I'm curious about this one!
