Kiss Me Guido - Disco/Gay film

There was a film on UK TV last week, with that title.
It contained good excerpts of Disco tracks - La Flavour, etc..
A quite amusing film ..it also had a gay storyline...if that's of interest to anyone. Made circa 1997

has it aired in the States ?

One of my favorite films, it's truly funny and charming. For a brief period during the summer of 2001, CBS turned it into a series titled "Some of My Best friends" with Jason Bateman and Danny Nucci. It was hilarious series, though short-lived thanks to CBS' incomprehensible scheduling techniques.

The soundtrack to the movie is great, but be aware that the CD (already out of print and fetching considerable $$$ on eBay) does not have all the songs from the movie due to licensing problems.

I almost forgot...

In answer to your question, it has aired on pay channels such as HBO or Showtime, but not on "free" network TV. It's also on DVD.
