Hollywood-2 1?

I always wondered if any one remembers Hollywood-2 it was a promo distributed through pools in about 79 I(I still have the orig vinyl) it is I believe the first widely distributed bootleg medley relesed at the time. I never seen Hollywood-1 if someone knows if there ever was a Hollywood-1 what are some of the songs that were on it. And if anyone knows who did the edits on 1 and or 2
