I am not usually a fan of Rap and R&B (Um, obviously it's Disco I like the best!), but I really like her song Work It. I thought it was cool with the "DJ, pick up your phone..." part. I was listening to a radio station (mainly Disco, but I'm not fully sure) and they played a song that I thought was cool. Then they played the sample Missy played in the song, and I fell in love. But I somehow don't know the name or who it's by.
Can anyone help? Thank you thank you so much in advance!

There's a little rhythm part that runs through the whole song that is sampled from the opening few bars of Blondie's Heart of Glass. Could be that.

It wasn't really what the song sampled from, it was just the "DJ, Please, pick up your phone. I'm on the request line" part that is at the beginning of Work It. I don't know if that was at the end, beginning, or middle of the song I'm looking for as I believe it was nonstop Disco hour on a local radio station here.

Well, I seem to have stumbled across the song. It is called Request Line by RockMaster Scott. Not exactly a disco song. I guess that was a non-stop mix of music. Not really a disco hour, eh?
