need help please
My friend and I have been trying to find out the name of a disco song and the artist that went back to the late 70's early 80's club days at Studio 54, Xenon, Underground, Ice Palace, etc. All I can remember is one area of the song where is says, "Officer, Officer!!" and we think the name was something like, New York at Night, but we are really not sure. Can anyone out there help us?
Thanks,
Ditto

Its a long shot but could it be Dennis Parker - New York By Night?
Pretty big studio 54 tune, quite cheesy lyrics but a good groove
"this is new york by night, this is new york by night, filled with glamour, drama, laughter & spice, such a pretty city
this is new york by night, this is new york by night, so get readyfor the time of ur life, such a pretty city"
Good Luck

The song, which has a slight rock feel to it is "New York At Night" by Kelly Marie. See...

need help please
Thanks for sending in replies to my question. I looked up the site for KellyMarie and I don't think that's the song. I looked at the lyrics and I didn't see anywhere that it says, "officer, officer". I also looked up the other one, New York By Night, but that's not it either. I really wish I could get more of the lyrics, but I can't seem to remember any of it. I'll have to ask some of my "old" partners and see if I can come up with anything from any of them. Thanks anyway for trying to help me!

It might be
the spoken bit from 'Cruisin' the streets' by Boystown Gang

Need your help
I went to a sight and was able to listen to some of the song from Cruisin' the streets but it doesn't sound familiar. I guess I need to hear the part where it says Officer,Officer in it, or maybe just some more of the words to the song. I wish I could remember!!!
