I gotta add my 2 cents to this post.

A few years ago, I made a tape ("one time, at band camp", YES, I KNOW!!!!) titled "Homosapiens".

    Side A:

    1) "MAD ABOUT THE BOY" - Noel Coward
    2) "JOHNNY, ARE YOU QUEER?" - Josie Cotton
    3) "CASTRO BOY" - Danny & The Serious Party Boys (an outrageous SF Gay take-off on "Valley Girl" --Has anyone outside SF ever heard this?--I'd quote, but I don't wanna scare folks... )
    4) "HOMOSAPIEN" - Pete Shelley
    5) "JET BOY, JET GIRL" - Elton Motello
    6) "MACHO MAN" - Village People
    7) "SAN FRANCISCO/IN HOLLYWOOD" - Village People
"JUMP SHOUT" - Lisa (cuz it mentions the Troc, Studio One, "checkin' out that Hot Jock" etc.)
    9) "DO YOU WANNA FUNK?" - Sylvester (Painfully obvious)
    10) "GIMME! GIMME! GIMME! (A MAN AFTER MIDNIGHT)" - Erasure

    Side B:

    1) "BOY" - Book of Love
    2) "LIKE AN EAGLE" - Dennis Parker
    3) "WALK THE NIGHT" - Skatt Brothers
    4) "CRUISIN' THE STREETS" - Boystown Gang (the X-rated, LOOOOONG version)
    5) "IM SUPPOSED TO HAVE SEX WITH YOU" - Tonio K
    6) "SEX" - Sylvester
    7) "SEX, I'M A...." - Berlin

WARNING TO THE SQUEAMISH!!!!!! STOP READING NOW!!!!!!!

"FUK U IN THE ASS" - The Outhere Brothers
    9) "THE WAY WE WERE"- Babs or any MOR artist of your choice

"Memories, like the corners of my mind, misty, water-colored memories of......."

Oh, way to go, Marky. We just lost three of our more sensitive members...

I know I could add to these lists, but "it's that time of the month" (at my JOB, people!) and I'm kinda preoccupied.

But Marky, I'm surprised by two things: Frist, American Pie doesn't seem like your type of film (but I've seen it too, obviously). And second, DON'T YOU KNOW SHE HATES BEING CALLED "BABS"??!

    A thousand "Hail Marys"...

OK, one more song for this playlist just came to mind: "Where the Boys Are"--by Connie Francis OR Lorna Luft, take your pick.

And how about "Bring on the Boys" by Vicki Shepard: "All those size queens/check out those very tight jeans...."

Oh Jeff, I'd guess the "sensitive members" are watching the World Cup, (or praying for our souls)

I checked out my list for the "Man-Hungry" Tape:

    Let's add:

    "Man-Size Love" - Klymaxx
"It's Raining Men" - The Weather Girls
"The Boys Come To Town" - Earlene Bentley
"I Need A Man" - Eurythmics (NOT the Grace Jones song)
"The Man I Love" - Westside Strutters (the Gershwin '79 LP)
"Music For Boys" - The Suburbs
"Manhunt" - Karen Kamon (from "Flashdance")
("Get up and change the record, bitch")

    Right album, wrong song, Marky.

And he wouldn't have used the word "bitch" with me. Even bottoms have self-respect. Or they should.

(God, I hope no one else remembers what we're talking about ...!)

Add The Merm's "Something For The Boys" to the list. (ETHEL MERMAN, for those NOT in the 10% Club; ACTUALLY, about 50% around here, if my gaydar is still functioning).

"Hey, whatcha got? Hey, whatcha doin? Repeat endlessly.

Something tells me that Cole Porter DIDN'T write THAT part!!! Hmmm????
