Early 80s Dance song with "Pink Panther theme" ?

Does somebody know the name of this early 80s Project ?
They had an "Italo-style" (but was before Italo was born I guess)
Dance beat with modern touch and somwhere the Original
Pink Panther Theme was coming in to it.
Maybe it was a German Project (I taped it on a German Maxi -
Radio show, but tape has gone ... ). No vocals on it. THX :-)

Could it be the Disco Medley titled the The Panther Mix, I haven't heard it in a while, I will take a listen to it and make sure.

It was just one regular instrumental dance song with an own
theme in it, then this theme passed and the pink theme came in,
later the regular theme came back. So it was no DJ Mix, I heared
that this was originally produced and part of the production.
