Track id 80s electro/euro disco.

I think there was a dutch label R&S? or something.I believe there was track on that label in the mid 80s 83-85 with "Dance to the beat" in the lyrics.Can anyone who knows 80's Euro disco identify this track.Thank you.

is there a way to hear this tune to verify.I saw a title on the R&S disccography "Change the beat"-Tune.I wonder if this is the tune.The vocals are sung with a vocoder like effect.WBLS mix shows would drop it once and awhile.

DANCE TO THE BEAT-STARPOINT It's on a BELGIUM LABEL.IT HAS VOCODER VOCALS,CAME OUT IN 1981.
