"When the Bell Rings (Come Out Dancin')" by Elusion (Midsong International, 1979), produced by Michael Zager, has some sort of lame cowbell sound repeated various times. I doubt that sort of sound is going to make ANYONE want to dance. :D

We need more cowbell !!!!, more cowbell please.... Christopher Walken to Will Ferrell while producing a Rock band's recording session on a Saturday Night Live sketch..
Frankie Valli's "I've Got You Under My Skin" :)
I think the songs with the most distinguished bells are One way's "Cutie Pie" and Shirley Murdock's quiet storm ballad "Husband". Bells are somewhat unique because they could create a one note melismatic motive. I think Natalie Cole used it in her classic "Inseparable".

Never Give You Up Sharon Redd

If we're talkin' cowbells, I'd have thought almost every disco record ever made have 'em buried somewhere, if only as the click track.
More cowbells :
The Jacksons - Shake your body down to the ground (remix)
Jackie Moore - This time baby
Bombers - Dance dance dance (small bells in intro)
Grace Jones - Slave to the rhythm (not really disco...... )
Surprised that no one mentioned this old overplayed tune :
Anita Ward - Ring my BELL !
Keep on ringing , Peter
"I love the sound of cowbells in the morning!" :P
