Parts of it go:

"glad to know you, I wake up saying welcome, pleased to meet you....... pleased to meet you"

I think another part goes: "I did what I've been told"

It's driving me to drink heavily!!!!! PLease help!

I'm not 100% sure, but this track was on Stiff records UK. The guy was one of the members of Ian Dury's band (remember hit me with your Rythym Stick?)
