Fast Hip Hop/Europop song, with sax, Chorus: Hey!

Hi everyone

Looking for a song,
Catchy carnival type track, heard it in clubs every week in Spain when I was there for a year, sounds a bit Spanish/Latin but the vocals are in English, up-tempo but its not trance/techno style, I would call it a cross between dance/hip-hop/latin/europop if thats possible!

Features a guy singing/rapping stuff including "gonna make you move..here we go...get ready...can you feel it.." Chorus goes - " wooooooooooow...Hey!......Hey!......Hey!...oh Baby Baby Baby!"

Quite catchy bassline and features a saxophone throughout, with sax break after 2-3 mins.
If its any help it was one of the songs played between points during the beach volleyball at the 2004 olympics!
I have heard 2 versions, one slightly faster than the other, the faster version has a longer intro, the slower one goes straight into the vocals.
Sounds a bit like the DMC remix of Funky Cold Medina by Tone Loc, also sounds like Fatman Scoop/Crooklyn Clan but I'm sure its not them.
