    don't know the artist nor the title
    The voice is remeniscent of a young Michael Jackson or The lead singers in the Emotions

    chorous goes something like this

    I wanna jump to the beat (jump!)
    come on and dance so sweet

    or

    I wanna jump to the beat (jump!)
    come on and dance with me

    not really sure if it is jump
    or if is beat or heat would be really thankful if anyone tried to help me out

    Hi nrgbeat, yes you are correct in that it was Stacey Lattisaw from her 1980 LP 'Let Me Be Your Angel'. It's on the 'COTILLION' record label cat#COTILION SD5219. Hope this info helps. All the best, DJ Phil

    Let's mention that this Stacy Lattisaw record was produced by Narada Michael Walden ("I should have loved ya"). He also produced Sister Sledge's "All american girls" and a good part of Aretha Franklin's "Who's zooming who".
