You're right, Freddie Perren was quite prolific. He wrote/produced for Jackson 5, David Naughton (Makin' It), Peaches & Herb & St.Tropez (Love Stealers) as well. He definitely had a classy yet highly commercial/poppy sound I think.
....
That would be Cerrone who did 'Supernature' rather than Giorgio Moroder. Both brilliantly talented people (neither of them very nice though apparently!)
