    Help with Artist and Song title!

    There was a song in the Mid 70's (I Think) that had the words "I Know Corina" in it. It could be spelled "Ai No Corinna" or any variation thereof. It was a dance song with a fast tempo and upbeat style. Anyone have any idea's who sang it or the correct title?
