I know I know this song, but I don't have a clue what it is yet.

But...that lyric sounds real familiar.

BTW, all weekend long, I was gonna do one of these lyric quizzes--but I couldn't decide on a lyric. Either they seemed too obscure or too obvious. How do you decide what to use?

No, it's not Human League or Giorgio Moroder.
It's not Paul Parker, David Diebold, Loverde, Lisa, Magda Layna, Shawn Benson or any Moby Dick or Megatone artist either.

Well, Philip Oakey was close. Except Dusty was butcher.

Now how many fucking times have I listened to that song!!!! It's my one of my favorite of all times!!! I could sing the line and I knew the phrasing....BUT I could NOT come up with the title.

And I was just writing about Dusty yesterday with Kari. This is such a weird little game of being able to recognize lyrics w/out the music behind it. I think I am much more in sync with melody and hooks than I am with lyrics...But that I could not get the opening lines of "In Private" makes me doubt my self worth..... Well,.... not really. Sorry drama queen overtook me there for a moment.
