It's a version of 'You're Just the Right Size'. It's faster and just as funky. It's from an LP called 'Disco Soccer' and there are some other quite good tracks on the LP. It's more NY disco than Afro, but that's probably due to the musician credits reading like a who's who of jazzy US sessioners.

Great and rare LP that is! And "Koko Si" happens to be my fave song on it, and my 2nd fave is "Feed My Body". I wouldnt call it another version of "Your Just The Right Size" though. It has its simmalar trades in style but Buari has much more energy and thrust to it. Its a very different LP, ya got reggae vocals and hard disco and funk music throughout. The last track on the LP though is a reggae song.

Well defenatly grab it. A 12'' is even more rare than the LP..not to mention its real good stuff.

Also, another great afrodisco album by Buari, is the self-titled LP from 1975 on RCA (including some great percussive track, like "Karambani")

Wow, that artical is pretty interesting you linked in the description. Had no clue this guy was even known by anyone! Those "vulgar" lyrics on Feed My Body as he put it..thats like the whole hook of the breakdown and gives it that extra push it needs actualy :lol:
