Only thing I can think of that fits the discription is from about 4 years ago and would be ATC - Around The World (La La La La La). Was kinda classic eurodisco meets modern eurodance sounding with a lushy female vocal. Is this it?

Actualy durring that time was probably the last time I knew anything (or cared lol) about new dance music..and honestly I have no clue or remembering of anything that fit that description from that time..thats why ATC came to mind..good luck finding out :D
