Identify MIDI by its melody?

Hi everybody!
I heard this song while I was in a discotheque with a very special person and they started to put songs like YMCA, Survive, etc., but all I can presently recall is the Melody of its main theme, which I tried to represent in this MIDI file...
I have already heard the song before but only occasionally.
I would really appreciate your help in identifying this song...
