Its nothing but the common 4 min LP version, not even remixed! Now the reason I say bullshit or not...is there a different mix or something on the UK pressings of the soundtrack? Can anyone shed light on this? Al I know is glad I didnt shove out cash for a copy of this and someone else let me hear thiers LOL

The only version I ever liked was the 4:16 version on the soundtrack LP. The 12" version was so choppy that I don't even want to have it in my collection.

TGIF clocks at 4:16 on the german pressing of the soundtrack too. I've never heard of a UK remix of this track - are you sure somebody's not pulling your leg Jim?

To be real honest, 4:16 is more than enough for me This is far from Costandinos best work!

More than sure..its been documented quite a few places around the net. But what im thinking is that whoever put out the information and got it spread didnt know their ass from a hole in the ground and the only remix is on the US promo 12''.

I have the UK pressing of the original album and the 12", there is no difference in the versions and no difference in the subsequent US CD I have.

Yep.."Your The Most Precious Thing In My Life" is the 8 min LP mix as well...as same on the US 12''. Only remix of that one is on the 45 B side of TGIF in the US...chopped down to a little over 3 mins but..its a nice remix..wish there was a full length mix of it.
