Song Id--2 songs

The first one I posted this once before. Was hoping someone could identify it this time.

Song probably came out approx. 1990.

Starts off with the "get on your feet and dance to the beat" sample from Sylvester.

Then male vocals "beat by beat, i'm gonna get you girl with every beat of my heart." repeated several times.

Then the string intro from Boystown Gang "Can't Take My Eyes Off You" and female vocals singing "Rockberry, Rockberry, Damn don't jam" Repeated several times.

Approximately 126 bpm. Kind of a cross between house and techno. Westbam perhaps????


Second song--early 90's--mostly instrumental with lots of horns and then a male voice says 1,2,3,4 and then Afrika Bambattaa.
