#1: "Earth Can Be Like Heaven" - Two Tons 'O Fun
    #7: "I'll Tell You" - Sergio Mendes

I'm not sure on this but Disco 4 could be "HouseLuck", a very strange 12" out of Holland in the mid-90s. Had about six different reconstructed versions of "Bad Luck" by Harold Melvin & The Blue Notes. Personally, I preferred the original.

    Track 6 partly identified

Track 6 is "The Real Thing", written by Stevie Wonder ( lyrics reproduced at http://www2c.airnet.ne.jp/stevie/lyr...ics%2520T.html ), so this is a disco version of it. I did a search at http://www.copyright.gov/records/cohm.html and confirmed that the song "The Real Thing" does in fact have its words and music written by Stevie Wonder and was registered on October 18, 1976 with the U.S. Copyright Office. Upon further research I found it was first performed by Sergio Mendes in jazz-funk style on the LP "Sergio Mendes and the New Brazil '77", released by Elektra in 1977. I do not know who performed this disco version of it so I regret this is only a partial answer.

Actually, I think this is the Sergio version pitched up to about +8. It sounds dreadful. I think most of the other samples have had an overkeen pitchshift operator playing them, too.
