I have a dj mixed tape from '91 that had a song that I could not identify. I found out (won't bore you with the details) that the song is "I Got It" by Yo Bots. Here's where it gets weird....these folks have a website www.yobots.com. They have one rather obscure song and they get a website???? :roll:
and they all look like robots. :roll: :roll:
The version of the song featured on the site is more hip hop than the version on my tapes.

The tape you are referring to was by Robbie Leslie.
The tape with the Yo Bots from '91 was by Paul Stewart. I'm not sure if Paul is still deejaying. Does anyone know?
Most of the old tapes didn't come with playlists.
