Beginning of the End - Funky Nassau

I know this is quite rare and when it comes up on E Bay it usually goes for big $$ but the only version I've seen for sale is the one on the Atlantic label. I say the only version I've seen for sale because recently I picked up a white label 12 inch copy of Funky Nassau (containing the full length version on both sides) which has the word SAM scratched in the run off area which presumably indicates it's the SAM record label.

Is anyone aware of this version? I understand both were pressed around the same time.

Presume it's even more rare than the Atlantic version because as I said earlier the Atlantic must have come up 4-5 times during the last year on E Bay but the white label promo I've never spotted before.

SAM was just the UK Warner promo/sampler prefix. Most SAM promos were eventually released with proper catalogues numbers.
