    Pledge to Costandinos!

Since Bernie noticed in another topic that Costandinos doesn't want the most of his music to be released on cd, I was wondering if we can "force" him?

Would it be a good idea to contact his management or record-company so they would realise there's an audience that's eagerly awaiting his classics?

Any other ideas to achieve this goal?

Ladies and gentlemen: "We're on a mission!"

Just out of interest, what kind of career has he had since the disco years? Has he gone classical or ultra serious? Or maybe he didn't write as much as he took credit for or vice versa. Cerrone ripped him off, didn't he, or have I got my wires crossed?

    Q,

That's right! After the golden discoyears he seemed to be gone up in smoke. The guy is still alive but I don't think he's still producing.

As for the Cerrone-thing. They both worked together till Cerrone switched him for André Wisniak when he released the Supernature-album and I don't think they worked together again after that period. The same goes for Raymond Donnez (Don Ray) who dissapeared from the limelights after his work for Santa Esmeralda. Only Cerrone stayed in the biz and is still releasing many stuff. Cerrone is also a worldwide acclaimed producer for big shows and spectacles.

Costandinos was heavily influenced though by soundtracks from Egyptian movies in the fifties. If you ever get the chance to see "Le taxi de l'amour (taxi of love)" you will discover the grooves on which Love and Kisses and other stuff is based on.
