    This is on a 1991 tape.

    The song is euro-house oriented. Kind of like early Culture Beat.

    The lyrics sound something like this:

    Free Food Stamps and Free Cheesecake beat a cure for a sick disease. (Rapped by a male)

    Chorus:

    Dance with me now, join the party life just take your time. (sung by female)

    It's a long shot but perhaps someone might know.
