    Led Zeppelin?

Was wondering did Led Zeppelin ever come out with any disco tunes?

    Nope-not that I'm aware of.

There's the 1995 cover version of "Whole lotta love" by Goldbug, an acid dance version of the famous classic, loved by some, hated by others.

There's also the coverband Dread Zeppelin who did reggaeversions of LZ-songs and had an Elvis-imitator singing them.

The darlings of rock critics--Led Zeppelin--were the antithesis to disco in the Seventies. They did some songs you could dance to--but never jumped on the disco bandwagon. Wonder what the Comiskey Park disco record burners would have thought of that? Something akin to Christian fundamentalist's reaction to Gay marriage, I'd assume. :P

    Mixtape :D

Do you think Jimmy Page would throw his guitar hero reputation in the trash can by getting involved with something as crap as disco?

There is nothing more impressive to rock fans, than to see Jimmy Page strut his macho poses with his guitar hanging in front of his open legs. .... His face doing muscular contortions to every two thousand notes played per second.

 Now imagine the scene above while Robert Plant sings:

"Once was afraid, I was petrified
Kept thinking I could never leave without you by my side..."

Tina Turner also featured a version of "Whole lotta love" on her LP Acid Queen (1975). Not disco really, but it's worth hearing.

Thank God Zep never tried disco... they could have sounded as awful as KC & The Sunshine Band trying rock and roll, or Instant Funk feigning punk.
