Where are the Song Quizzes?!

Just wondering why no one has posted a song quiz recently... Too preoccupied with the World Cup? Too engrossed in the R Kelly scandal? Too busy enjoying the new Eminem CD?

I'm kidding big time about that last one.

I hope someone takes my hint and posts a new song quiz soon.

Well, I seldom post song quizzes, because I buy most of the tunes *before* I hear them, not after

Having said that, here's one I've always wanted to know, but have never figured out:

Mostly instrumental bleep-y type track, from around 1990 - 91. Melody is in a major key, played with a square wave, similar to "Tricky Disco". Also has sampled overdriven guitar, similar in sound and style to C + C Music Factory's "Gonna Make You Sweat". Only words were two different samples: the first being something like "My man, this beat's ----- -----" followed immediately by the second, which was "let the music take control".

I heard this at clubs several times, but nobody knew who it was by or what it was called. Doing a search on "Let the music take control" was futile, as there are about 500 other tracks with this title.

There's another one I'd love to know as well, but it's a completely instrumental techno track and cannot be described meaningfully in words. I could play it on a keyboard...
