First off WOW..new site desigin took me by surprise. Nice work, I like it :)
Now my subject lol, there was talk before about wether or not there was any difference in the 2 pressings of this LP besides the much better gatefold cover and artwork on the French..in fact there is a difference in the vinyl too that I just noticed tonight while pullin em both out and comparing. The French one (on Polydor/Raal) is much better quality and full master while the Casablanca is lacking the bass responce (as many LPs on the label did around the time). Also...one bigggg difference, the Casablanca US one is pitched roughly +2 1/2 too fast than how it was originaly recorded! The times read exact on both pressings but in fact it is not true due to the pitch. This also makes me wonder if the French pressings of "Romeo And Juliet" could be different as ive always said, I feel that its too fast on the LP and all the CD issues when on one of the 12''rs its slower and sounds right. So just a bit of info confirming the Sumeria LP in case anyone was ever wondering that didnt know this.
