Don't know what language, but it comes fron the "Zulu Mix". So it must be some kind of African dialect.

 Does anybody know what language the words are or the translation of them, from Hazell Deans song 'They Say It's Gonna Rain"?..........sounds tribal - and are backing vocals sung at the beginning and alittle throughout the song here and there......
Im going to embarrass myself and attempt to type the 'sounds' like this:
Ooo soodoo yanna heyy, Ooo soodoo yanna ho!
Ok, thank you for participation guys and gals.....
btw.......any clues yet or ideas - anything about my post from 12th October? Give me a sign, any sign.....better than nothing..
Cheers

Oh thanks so much Denis, even just knowing its a Zulu mix tells me more than I expected.
I'm sure it IS African dialect now.......... :D
Amazing how that little bit extra mixed into a track can enhance it so much.........beautiful song indeed.
Cheers to you!
